Change Management Platform

Awan & Associates has partnered with ChangePlan to offer a bilingual (EN/FR) change management platform for practitioners in Canada. This customizable cloud-based software platform is easy to use and supports an enterprise view of change with a dashboard view of data to support change initiatives from awareness all the way through to adoption. As practitioners, change managers can lead change within the platform with user-friendly capabilities like scoping, stakeholders readiness and change impact assessments. The users are also able to plan and manage their change management activities within the platform. Reports can be published for key stakeholders to have an enterprise view of change impacts, project and program portfolios, and collision of initiatives in the long-term.

Leadership Development

Leadership is a key enabler of change. We work with individuals and teams to identify behaviours and remove barriers that may prevent organizations from successfully implementing change. We coach C-Suite executives, middle managers and frontline change leaders. The key is to recognize that leadership happens at all levels of organization and investing in coaching can reap radical benefits for an organization.

Workshop Facilitation

We work with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop workshop facilitation plans that cater to a variety of audiences – in-person, virtual or hybrid format. Our bilingual team uses tools and technologies to make sessions fun and interactive. Examples include strategic planning meetings, project retrospectives, executive retreats etc.
